The Professional Standards Group (ProStans) is a group of trained peers from within the participating airlines, designed to resolve interpersonal and professional issues on a confidential, peer based level.

ProStans is a neutral, non-judgmental forum to solve issues with the lowest level of intervention using the ALPA Code of Ethics as the cornerstone for guidance to resolution.

Participating airlines will have their own way to be contacted, but all can be found via their respective MEC’s.
